• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, ensuring a holistic understanding of their needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans based on assessments, collaborating closely with clients to set achievable goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored for individual, family, and group therapy sessions to foster healing and growth.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Zencare, you will work with a diverse clientele dealing with a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current Maryland state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C) is required.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, able to evaluate complex mental health issues effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating rapport and trust with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a strong commitment to fostering client well-being throughout therapeutic processes.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teams to provide a holistic approach to client care.
• Understanding of ethical guidelines and state laws governing mental health practices.

• A minimum of three years of related clinical experience is preferred.
• Experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
