Envision Psychotherapy Center is seeking dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) to fill full-time remote positions within our outpatient psychiatric office located in Boston, Massachusetts. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to deliver therapy from the comfort and convenience of your home while also being a part of our supportive outpatient office culture. Although the role is primarily remote, you will have opportunities to engage in face-to-face interactions with clinical staff and participate in team meetings. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling based on patient needs. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients' needs, utilizing standardized tools and interviewing techniques to gather comprehensive data.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Provide one-on-one counseling and therapy to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups to help patients develop coping skills and connect with others facing similar challenges.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure a cohesive, holistic approach to patient care.
• Respond effectively to mental health crises, providing immediate support and interventions to ensure patient safety.
• Educate patients regarding their mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to foster informed decision-making.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of confidentiality.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to review complex cases and share best practices among colleagues.
• Stay informed on emerging trends in mental health therapy, incorporating new research into your practice as appropriate.

At Envision Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Our clients present with a wide array of mental health challenges, requiring therapists who are culturally competent and capable of addressing unique individual and systemic factors influencing mental wellness.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders along with familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations and crafting effective treatment strategies.
• Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions to diverse client populations in both individual and group settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism, exercising sound judgment and ethical practice in all interactions.
• Technological proficiency, particularly in electronic health record (EHR) systems and general office software applications.
• A collaborative mindset, emphasizing teamwork and interdisciplinary cooperation in clinical settings.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, providing therapy and counseling.
• Specialization in certain therapeutic modalities or populations may be an asset.
• Experience in integrating technology into therapeutic practices, such as telehealth services.

Envision Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
