Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects within the AssetWorks PMO. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, including planning, client engagement, financial oversight, and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate has experience managing software implementation projects and brings strong business analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple priorities effectively, and builds strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Job Description:

Project Delivery & Execution
  • Develop, execute, and continuously update project plans to meet evolving requirements within the SOW
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, scope, schedule, and resources
  • Lead project status meetings and provide clear, consistent reporting on progress
  • Track and manage project risks, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation when needed
  • Oversee quality assurance of all deliverables prior to client submission
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and properly maintained
  • Facilitate project closeout, including final deliverables and documentation
Financial & Operational Management
  • Manage project budgets and forecast projections
  • Track project resource utilization, hours, and expenses with accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor accounts receivable and partner with clients to resolve outstanding invoices
  • Identify scope changes and manage change requests appropriately
  • Ensure project milestones are aligned for billing once deliverables are completed
Client Engagement & Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Establish and manage clear client expectations
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels
  • Deliver professional, well-structured presentations and status updates
  • Address and escalate issues proactively to drive resolution
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Professional Services, Development, QA, Customer Care, Hosting, Sales, and Executive Leadership
  • Ensure alignment across teams to support project success

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in software implementation
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
