Weโ€™re growingโ€”and weโ€™re looking for curious, driven, Mechanical, Chemical, or Thermal Engineers to join our Performance Group, where engineering meets real-world impact. This role is ideal for engineers seeking hands-on experience, global exposure, and the opportunity to directly impact system performance, efficiency, and sustainability.

Youโ€™ll support performance evaluations of turbines, boilers, and heat rejection systems in power generation, process plants, petrochemical facilities, and campus utility systems, among others. Our engineers are actively involved in field testing, analysis, and client-facing problem-solving, with projects located across the U.S. and internationally.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s or masterโ€™s degree in mechanical, chemical, thermal engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in power plant or industrial system performance testing and analysis
  • Working knowledge of ASME performance test codes
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (domestic and international), including occasional weekends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with remote data acquisition systems and precision instrumentation
  • Familiarity with CTI test codes and/or ANSI sound test standards
  • Project coordination or project management experience
