Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia

The Lead Analyst is a strategic leader within Arcadia’s Customer Insights organization, driving the most complex and high-value analytic engagements across the enterprise. This role combines technical excellence with thought leadership, influencing analytic strategy and product direction.

You will shape how Arcadia and its customers leverage data to improve population health outcomes, reduce costs, and enable smarter healthcare decisions.

 
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
  • Establish yourself as a subject matter expert within value based analytics concepts such as Medical Economics, Risk, and Attribution
  • Learn Arcadia's data models and tech stack
  • Understand end to end pipeline from ingestion to customer facing deliverables
In 6 months
  • Drive the development of advanced analytic frameworks and reusable assets across production analytic portfolios
  • Contribute thought leadership to Arcadia’s analytics strategy and product evolution
  • Be owner of at least one Analytics Engine (risk, medecon, episodes, etc.) while contributing to others
In 12 months
  • Serve as a company-wide expert on healthcare analytics and an architect of analytics engines
  • Have a deep understanding of how our customers use our analytics products
  • Build out roadmap with product of path to make analytics engines market leading
What You'll Be Doing
  • Serve as the lead analytics strategist for at least one analytics engine
  • Develop and implement innovative analytic methodologies through DBT engines
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to deliver Arcadia’s analytics roadmap and contribute to product innovation
  • Lead cross-functional analytic initiatives
  • Act as an internal and external thought leader—representing Arcadia’s analytic capabilities at customer meetings, industry conferences, and publications
  • Oversee analytic quality standards and ensure analytic rigor across customer engagements
  • Guide, mentor, and develop Analysts to build organizational capacity and excellence
  • Identify opportunities for automation, scalability, and reusability in analytic delivery
What You'll Bring
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, with deep expertise in population health, quality, or value-based care analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in analytic leadership, strategy, and client advisory roles
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and DBT
  • Experience in data visualization and communication of complex insights to executive audiences
  • Proven ability to design, manage, and deliver enterprise-level analytic programs
