Job description

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible assisting with resolution of consumer/commercial card and loan bank wide issues. You will be identifying impacted accounts based on requirements. As a Data Analyst you will validate lists and apply remediation treatment on impacted accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to show your commitment, passion and enthusiasm for the role.

What will you be doing?

  • Utilizing SAS or another type of software that can be used to query bank databases to identify accounts impacted by opened incidents
  • Accurately identify accounts as defined by business requirements
  • Ensuring validation of files is completed, and assist in making changes as needed if requirements change and/or issues are identified
  • Apply remediation of accounts utilizing a variety of tools including TSYS Reflection scripts, and the creation of batch update files
  • Providing oversight to junior SAS resources, providing direction, coaching, and skill set enhancements
  • Driving delivery of remediation efforts to complete within defined timelines ensuring accuracy and speed to delivery

What were looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical / statistical discipline required (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Operations Research or related quantitative)
  • Significant years of analytical experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent understanding of SAS and Excel
