Salary Range: $115,000 - $120,000 / year+ Bonus

A growing organization is seeking a Salesforce Data Cloud Specialist to serve as a key technical and business-facing partner across multiple departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating like an internal consultant while owning Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives, reporting enablement, and stakeholder collaboration.
This position will work closely with Sales, business stakeholders, analytics/reporting teams, and leadership to improve data visibility, reporting strategy, and overall business decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer 360) initiatives and optimization
โ€ข Write SQL queries and support Tableau/reporting teams with data preparation
โ€ข Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solutions
โ€ข Support data integrations, identity resolution, segmentation, and analytics workflows
โ€ข Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
โ€ข Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, analytics, and leadership teams
Requirements:
โ€ข 5+ years of Salesforce/Data/Analytics experience
โ€ข Hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience is REQUIRED
โ€ข Strong SQL/query writing skills
โ€ข Experience supporting reporting/analytics initiatives
โ€ข Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
โ€ข Self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
