The PBM Consumer Analytics team is responsible for data analytics to identify impact to members from Pharmacy Benefit changes, the output of which is used to communicate these changes to members. This role will support building and analyzing the data and working with cross functional teams. This role will be an SME within the team, assisting development work and strategy.
Hours: Monday-Friday - Flexible - Normal Business based on where the candidate is located
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyzes pharmacy benefit data to identify members affected by upcoming changes and generates outbound communications
  • Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
  • Solves moderately complex problems and develops innovative solutions
  • Translates concepts into practice
  • Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
  • May lead functional or segment teams or projects
  • Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues
  • Work within cross - functional teams, using data and analytics to drive decisioning
  • Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, under quick deadlines and be able to respond quickly and accurately to change
  • Generally, work is self-directed and not prescribed
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Serves as a resource to others with less experience
  • Coaches, provide feedback, and guides others

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL (intermediate SQL skills)
  • 2+ years of experience building and analyzing data utilizing analytical tools
  • 1+ years of experience with Databricks, Snowflake or other business intelligence tools
  • Experience working with standard business applications, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience working with business requirements to drive data analysis/ interpretation/application
  • Experience communicating with Marketing, Business and IT leaders

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience developing analytic workflows in Databricks
  • Experience with Azure environment
  • Possess a balance of analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, while being focused on producing and executing high quality analytics
  • Experience with pharmacy benefits and claims data

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
