About the Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator specialized in RMAs, who will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of all supply chain operations. This role serves as a key liaison between suppliers, manufacturers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure the proper flow of goods and information. This role will perform various physical duties and assignments while maintaining and adhering to all safety standards. Performs some specialized tasks which may require on the job training. Effectively using heavy and light equipment depending on the assignment. Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Be knowledgeable of RMA processing.

  • Initiate, process, and track all internal RMA requests. Including shipping and receiving of equipment.

  • Monitor RMA queues and proactively manage backlog to meet internal/external demands.

  • Ensure RMA documentation is complete and accurate, including repairs and equipment disposal (EOL).

  • Responsible for ensuring security, compliance, and timely deliveries.

  • Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders related to shipping and receiving.

  • Performs hardware inspection and testing as per the security inspection/receiving procedures.

  • Receiving, unpacking and stocking hardware and components.

  • Packaging of the tested and integrated equipment.

  • Managing replacement parts inventory in the warehouse.

  • Responsible for conducting training and ensuring compliance with certifications.

What You'll Need:

  • Eligibility:U.S. Citizenship and residency required for work on sensitive government systems.

  • 5+ years experience with direct experience managing supply chain operations and inventory management.

  • Experience with logistics coordination, inventory management, supplier/vendor relations.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.

  • Experience building and managing relationships with 3PL companies.

  • Ability to work in a highly cooperative, collaborative, and dynamic team environment.

  • Ability to use independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action to solve problems.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute in a methodical and disciplined manner.

  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.

  • Valid driver's license.
