What You'll Do Here
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across paid media channels
  • Partner with the analytics team to develop and update recurring reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for internal stakeholders and clients
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including reach, frequency, impressions, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROAS, ROI, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of campaign data across platforms
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within campaign and customer data
  • Analyze media performance across channels including paid search, social media, display, video, CTV, audio, emerging, and traditional media.
  • Partner with the analytics team to identify client growth opportunities through attribution and incrementality measurement initiatives
  • Utilize analytics and reporting tools to gather, organize, and interpret campaign data
  • Maintain reporting templates and dashboards to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Support client meetings with performance updates and analytical insights when needed
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to internal and client stakeholders
  • Support data integration efforts between media platforms, CRM systems, and analytics environments
  • Evaluate historical campaign performance to support future planning decisions
  • Contribute to forecasting, budget allocation, and performance modeling exercises
  • Help validate media plans against campaign objectives and business goals
  • Must be willing to work EST hours (8am-4pm or 9am-5pm)

We Need a Person With
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Statistics, Economics, Communications, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in media analytics, digital marketing, advertising, marketing research, or a related discipline
  • Experience working in an advertising agency or relevant brand environment
  • Familiarity with media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar
  • Understanding of attribution methodologies, customer journey analysis, and media measurement frameworks

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
