Job Description:
Provides business consultative services at an organization level for entities requesting assistance. Understands and considers both the business and technical needs of all customers with the goal of providing quality processes that meet organizational objectives.
Collaborates with stakeholders and users to synthesize, articulate, and document business objectives and requirements by applying systems thinking and analytical methodologies. Performs data analysis to identify trends, evaluate business processes, and support data-driven decision making.
Develops detailed project charters and plans, work assignments, target dates, and other aspects of assigned projects. Performs data analysis and defines and documents business requirements, translating them into functional specifications early in the development cycle, concluding with design synthesis and system validation while considering the complete system.
Analyzes business processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and develops recommendations that support organizational goals. Creates and interprets reports, metrics, and dashboards to measure performance and monitor project outcomes.
Builds credibility, rapport, and partnerships with others to understand their needs and provides conflict resolution, problem solving, and the ability to drive consensus. Works in partnership with stakeholders to develop a solid knowledge base of business needs.
