We're looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Data Analyst who enjoys building modern data solutions that drive strategic business decisions. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges, takes ownership from concept to delivery, and enjoys working with the latest cloud, AI, and analytics technologies. As part of our growing Data & Analytics team, you'll design scalable data pipelines, develop enterprise data models, automate reporting processes, and deliver executive dashboards that provide meaningful business insights. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including Snowflake, dbt, Python, Power BI, and AI-powered development tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude, and OpenAI Codex to accelerate development and improve productivity. If you're passionate about turning data into actionable intelligence and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work directly influences business outcomes, we'd love to meet you. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, Illinois.
Qualifications
  • Professional Mindset: Highly self-driven individual who thrives on executing tasks independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining strong collaborative alignment with the team.
  • Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or business intelligence development roles.
  • Core Technologies: Expert-level proficiency with Snowflake (including advanced SQL optimization) and dbt (model development, testing, and deployment).
  • Reporting Tools: Practical, hands-on experience building semantic layers and interactive dashboards in Power BI.
  • Scripting: Advanced programming skills in Python for data manipulation
  • Data Sources: Proven track record of developing code to extract, transform, and load data from ERP, Billing, CRM, and core business applications.
  • AI Toolkit: Direct experience using generative AI utilities (e.g., Snowflake Cortex, Claude, Codex) to write and optimize data code efficiently.
  • ELT & Data Modeling: Write, optimize, and maintain complex dbt models and SQL transformations directly within Snowflake to support reporting needs.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
