Work Schedule:

Position Overview

As an Administrative Assistant – Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting our mission for better health outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker who understands the value of data in healthcare and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll work closely with the field operations team to import, review, and maintain clinical data using advanced statistical software, ensuring compliance and data integrity. Your insights will help inform better business decisions and enhance quality standards for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately create, maintain, and archive master data within your area of responsibility.
  • Foster process automation and efficient, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Apply CLIA and CAP regulatory standards to assess data compliance and monitor data quality.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to support quality assurance for our customer base.
  • Take initiative to propose and implement ideas within established guidelines.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Medicine or a closely related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or analytics setting.
  • Advanced knowledge of EP Evaluator statistical software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of database fundamentals, including tables, hierarchical structures, and flat files.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CAP regulatory checklists and chemistry laboratory verification/inspection requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Medical Technologist or Clinical Laboratory Scientist certification with a minimum of 3 years of direct experience.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or business intelligence (BI) tools.
