Job Summary

FRM Mail Contracting is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will accurately enter, verify, and maintain shipping, logistics, customer, and operational data within company databases and management systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent typing skills, and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and update customer, shipping, inventory, and operational data into company databases and systems.
  • Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before processing.
  • Review documents and reports to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain electronic records and organize digital files according to company procedures.
  • Process shipping documentation, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery records.
  • Generate reports and assist with routine data analysis as requested.
  • Communicate with internal departments to obtain missing or updated information.
  • Ensure confidential company and customer information is handled securely.
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals while working independently.
