Texwrap is looking for a National Account Manager to increase sales of Texwrap, Kayat and Tekkra products through OEM, Integrators, Channel Partners and direct to large National Accounts. This role provides technical and commercial sales support to other sales team members and provides value-based solutions through all channels.

Base salary range: $90,000-100,000; Commission target: $75,000; Commission opportunity: $50,000-90,000

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned National Accounts to maximize sales opportunities and revenue for Texwrap, Kayat, and Tekkra products.
  • Responsible for generating new business by proactively calling on National Accounts in the food, beverage, and personal care industries. ProMach OEM, External OEM, and integrator project inquiries. Includes complete product line.
  • Work jointly with other sales team members (Distributed Products Group) to maximize sales of Texwrap, Tekkra and Kayat products through all channels with the understanding that the channels to market are divided by type and the management of the OEM, Integrator, and National Accounts falls to the National Accounts Manager and the management of the Distributor and Agent Channel Partners falls to the Regional Sales Managers.
  • Ensure that all data necessary to evaluate potential new projects is collected and developed into the proper format for evaluation.
  • Participate in the new project evaluation process by developing a concept, gathering cost data from historical records, understanding the quantitative value of the proposed solution and making recommendations on proceeding (or declining based on risk analysis) with a project.
  • Prepare and/or review project and equipment specifications and coordinate with the technical team.
  • Review requested Commercial Terms of Sale and negotiate mutually acceptable terms between Customers and ProMach Inc.
  • Customer presentations, training, and machine demonstrations.
  • Trade Show attendance to represent DPG products.
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with the sales team, employees, and Channel Partners.
  • Good organizer and planner and able to guide projects from concept to completion.
  • Must possess a technical competency that allows the person to work with engineering departments and production personnel.
  • Possess good leadership skills, aggressive in pursuing goals and objectives, and is a team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to develop an informal network of Key Contacts within the Packaging Industry.
  • Possess the ability to recognize industry and packaging trends that may impact Texwrap and ProMach.
