• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine the mental health status and unique needs of clients, ensuring individualized care.

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Counselor, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• No history of disciplinary actions or professional misconduct.

• At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, with demonstrated success in providing therapy to adults.
