Better Movement Coaching Hub is actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote position based in San Jose, California. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Better Movement Coaching Hub, you will:

• Conduct individual and couple therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to address various mental health issues.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and ongoing evaluations.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions with a focus on enhancing communication and resolving conflicts, addressing specific issues such as substance abuse, grief, medical concerns, and blended family dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and connect clients with additional resources as needed.

You will primarily work with adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of challenges including, but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
• Trauma and abuse (physical and psychological)
• Grief and loss
• Family conflict and sibling rivalry
• Job-related stress and medical issues
• Challenges related to blended families and divorce
• Communication difficulties in familial relationships

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience providing therapy.

Candidates with experience in diverse therapeutic modalities and a history of working with various population groups will be given preference. Familiarity with telehealth practices will also be advantageous as we continue to adapt to modern methods of client interaction.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to providing above-market compensation. Benefits include:
