• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate mental health needs, developing thorough, individualized treatment plans that align with both patient goals and evidence-based practices.
• Implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques designed to empower patients toward recovery.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and timely records of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with cybersecurity and HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and support staff, to ensure continuity and comprehensiveness in patient care.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and provide family support sessions, equipping both patients and loved ones with tools to navigate challenges.
• Stay current on developments in mental health research, best practices, and therapeutic techniques through ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the organization.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of Florida is a must.

• Experience working in outpatient settings with diverse populations is highly desirable.
