The Opportunity

  • Transform a business need into the appropriate learning solution as it relates to professional development, leadership development, and orientation/onboarding to the organization.
  • Align program with the strategic needs and goals of the organization.
  • Determine scope, benefits, risks, and success factors in implementing the program.
  • Develop and deliver engaging and impactful learning programs based on learners' needs and using the most effective modalities such as facilitator led sessions, self-paced/online courses, job aids, on-the-job training guides and train-the-trainer curriculum.
  • Run effective team/committee meetings with purposeful agendas, clear communication, and action items.
  • Manage program/project timelines and budget.
  • Allocate work among program team and provide guidance on a regular basis.
  • Build meaningful relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, executive sponsors, and subject matter experts.
  • Identify and coach speakers and facilitators and provide feedback on training content.
  • Build a culture of continuous learning through our programs and client relationships.
  • Oversee execution of all logistical details of live and online education offerings and collaborate with various departments accordingly.
  • Ensure programs continue to run smoothly and effectively.
  • Serve as key point of contact for information or guidance before and during the live event for all program contributors.
  • Drive adoption within the organization including broad-based marketing and targeted based on intended audience and stakeholders.
  • Design and administer program surveys to identify training success, organizational impact, return on investment, and areas of improvement.
  • Communicate program reach and impact to stakeholders.
  • Streamline and improve processes and learning components to enhance reach and quality of programs.
  • Modify programs based on organizational initiatives.
  • Evaluate and analyze data and feedback of the programs to improve education offerings.
  • Facilitate team building and professional development workshops by partnering with the leader.
  • Adapt standard content to meet the team's goals.
  • Facilitate 360 feedback process for leaders including gathering, analyzing, consolidating and sharing feedback, and identifying options for improvement.
  • Help with ad hoc requests based on the need of the department and/or organization.
  • Create and manage online content
  • Manage the development of online course(s) and/or curriculum for target audiences.

Required Experience and Competencies

  • 5 years of program management, project management, or related experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Design, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of learning or talent management related experience preferred.
  • 7 years of program management, project management, or related experience preferred.
  • If involved in creating and managing online content:
    • Minimum of one year experience working with a Learning Management System; uploading content, assigning, tracking, and management of courses.
    • Minimum of one year experience with managing and building courses with content authoring tool.
    • Proficiency in content authoring tool- Captivate; ability to create e-learning courses.
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
  • Ability to keep abreast of new/current trends in leadership thinking.
  • Ability to learn and apply new concepts and organizational structures.
  • Ability to identify and incorporate innovative and engaging components into learning programs.
  • Ability to use office equipment and automated systems/applications/software at an acceptable level of proficiency.
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.
  • Strong consultation skills and the ability to seek out information and provide quality advice.
  • Ability to effectively manage a project through the full lifecycle.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • Ability to use resources effectively and balance the needs of stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to establish performance measurements to assess effectiveness or impact.
  • Ability to implement process improvement measures into programs and gain buy in from stakeholders.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish and maintain productive, trust-based, and effective relationships with a wide array of individuals across diverse client groups.
  • Ability to maintain flexibility, cooperation, and participate in cross-organizational performance improvement activities.

We are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $79,600 - $99,500, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company's annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience.
