Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a critical workstream within a large-scale AI-driven cybersecurity program. The initiative focuses on detecting emerging cyber threats and accelerating remediation timelines to hours or within a day. The role owns the automated testing and regression strategy that enables rapid, high-confidence patching at scale while coordinating across multiple technical teams to align testing, validation, and release processes with accelerated remediation cycles.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the automated testing and regression strategy supporting 24-hour patching goals.
  • Drive coordination across 5โ€“8 cross-functional teams including application, infrastructure, QA, platform, and release management.
  • Connect threat detection, testing, automation, and response into a cohesive, scalable program.
  • Define and implement regression coverage, validation standards, and testing SLAs for high-speed release cycles.
  • Identify and remove testing bottlenecks, environment constraints, and release dependencies that could delay patch execution.
  • Champion an automation-first testing approach to reduce manual effort and increase speed and reliability.
  • Establish metrics and reporting to track readiness, test coverage, execution quality, and program performance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment with multiple vendor inputs and emerging AI capabilities.
Experience Requirements
  • Strong program or project management experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Proven ability to coordinate across complex engineering environments and cross-functional teams.
  • Technical fluency to engage with testing teams, platform teams, and infrastructure SMEs.
  • Experience driving test automation, QA strategy, or release readiness initiatives in large-scale environments.
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous, evolving programs.
  • Nice to have: background in cybersecurity, threat response, or vulnerability management.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with AI or ML-driven initiatives or experimentation environments.
