• Provide direct clinical support to clients experiencing major mental health issues or severe emotional disturbances, adapting your approach to suit individual needs.

• Engage effectively with clients and their families, employing diverse communication styles that respect cultural differences and individual preferences.

Your role will focus on building strong therapeutic relationships and providing services that emphasize choice, empowerment, and recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is a fundamental requirement.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, complemented by effective organizational abilities.
• A commitment to understanding and addressing the developmental needs and cultural sensitivities of various populations.

• At least two years of direct clinical experience is preferred, ideally in a community mental health or hospice setting.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable and will enhance service delivery to our diverse clientele.
