Family Behavioral Guidance Services is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in providing remote mental health support. Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a variety of critical tasks aimed at fostering therapeutic relationships and promoting mental well-being among clients. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Utilizing evidence-based practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to address various mental health concerns.
  • Leading individual and group therapy sessions that encourage self-exploration and skill-building among clients.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging in peer consultation to enhance therapeutic approaches and professional development.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health setting, working with individuals and families.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
