Job description

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking aDirector of Customer Support Servicesto lead our Western US region team. The Director of Customer Support Services plays a critical leadership role in optimizing the utilization of Sodexo contracted programs across designated segments. This position manages a team of Regional Account Managers and serves as the strategic liaison between segment operations, local sourcing partners, and broadline distribution centers. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of supply chain dynamics, strategic sourcing, and stakeholder engagement to drive value creation and operational excellence.

This is a remote position, which requires travel up to 40%. Candidates should reside within the Western US region.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Collaboration:
    • Partner with Segment Leadership (DM/VP Level) to align sourcing strategies with segment goals; drive adoption and optimization of Sodexo/Entegra's contracted programs across supported accounts.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Account Managers.
  • Local Sourcing Strategy:
    • Identify, evaluate, and aggregate local sourcing opportunities in collaboration with segment operations; analyze financial impact and feasibility of local sourcing decisions.
  • Distribution Management:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between broadline distribution centers and regional partners.
    • Ensure seamless communication and coordination to support account needs and resolve distribution challenges.
