Job description

Remote TurboTax Support Agent (Seasonal) – Work From Home | $15–$19/hr

We’re looking for seasonal customer support agents to join the TurboTax Support Project this upcoming tax season.

This is a short-term remote opportunity until April 15, perfect for individuals with strong communication skills who want flexible, work-from-home income while supporting customers during tax season.

Successful applicants may also be invited to future U.S.-based projects within our growing Agents Only community. Currently, we had over 5 projects in the US and will continue to grow in the upcoming months.

About the Role

As a TurboTax Support Agent, you will assist customers who need help with their tax filing process. You will answer common questions, guide customers through troubleshooting steps, and provide helpful resources while delivering friendly and professional customer service.

No prior tax experience is required — we provide the training.

We are looking for agents who are:

  • Able to follow processes and learn quickly

Pay & Incentives

Hourly Rate: $15 – $19 per hour

Star Bonus: Performance-based incentives

Training Bonus: $400 bonus for agents who complete training and work on Tax Day

$100 referral bonus for every successful referrals

Training Schedule (Flexible)

We will be running the final two training classes on:

  • March 30
  • April 6

You only need to attend one training class.

Critical Work Dates

Agents must be available to support customers during the peak tax season days:

  • April 12
  • April 13
  • April 14
  • April 15 (Tax Day)

We are primarily looking for seasonal full-time availability during these critical dates.
