Job Summary
Farmers Insurance is seeking an Agency Leadership Trainee for a hybrid role focused on both sales production and long-term agency development. Producing/selling will help candidates learn how to generate business and build relationships. At the same time, this role is designed for people who want to move beyond production and understand the broader business of running an agency, including service, retention, team support, and operations.
