Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative Details · Location: MUST live within 2 hours of Pittsburgh, PA 15222 – on site 1st day before going remote · Required to come in for meetings and special projects · Payrate: $16.50/hr+ - depending on bilingual status · Required Availability: Mon-Fri only, hours vary 8a-7p, 32 to 40 hours per week, possible OT. Extended hours are 8a – 10p.
