AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and looking for entry-level Customer Sales Representatives who are comfortable speaking with people, willing to learn, and ready to take ownership of their work.

You don't need a long sales background to get started. You'll receive training, guidance, and ongoing support as you learn the role.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll work directly with clients who have already requested information about available benefit options.

Your day may include:

  • Explaining available benefit options clearly and accurately
  • Helping clients understand their choices and complete the appropriate next steps
  • Following up with clients when needed
  • Maintaining accurate records of conversations and applications
  • Participating in virtual team meetings, coaching, and training

This is a customer-facing sales position, so strong communication and a willingness to learn are important.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

You won't be expected to figure everything out alone.

From the beginning, you'll have access to:

  • Qualified leads — connect with people who have requested information

  • Ongoing coaching — receive support as you build confidence
  • No cold calling — conversations begin with interested clients
  • Remote work — perform your role from your home workspace
  • Flexible scheduling — organize your work around an agreed schedule
  • Weekly commission based — compensation is based on sales performance
  • Advancement opportunities — experienced representatives may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and leadership roles

You Could Be a Good Fit If You...

  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Enjoy helping people solve problems or make decisions
  • Are comfortable having conversations with customers
  • Can work independently and stay organized
  • Are dependable and open to feedback
  • Are comfortable using a computer, email, and virtual meeting tools
  • Have previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar field, helpful, but not required

What You Can Build Here

This role isn't about having the perfect résumé.

It's about developing skills you can use throughout your career:

Communication. Customer service. Sales. Time management. Relationship building. Professional confidence.

As you gain experience and demonstrate consistent performance, there may be opportunities to take on greater responsibilities within the organization.
