Work Environment

This is a full-time position that operates in a 100% remote setting, enabling a flexible work-life balance. You will engage with clients through virtual therapy sessions, ensuring that geographic barriers do not hinder access to mental health services. Our virtual infrastructure is equipped with secure and user-friendly platforms, allowing counselors to efficiently manage appointments, client communications, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure virtual platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Collaborate with clients to create and adjust personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience and recovery, while considering each client’s unique circumstances and aspirations.
• Provide prompt crisis intervention and emotional support to clients facing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and mental health needs are met.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to both state and federal regulations regarding patient privacy.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and coordinate care initiatives, enhancing the comprehensive support available to clients.
• Continually update your knowledge of current research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Washington State, or eligibility for licensure.
• Proven experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups in a clinical setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport-building with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Capacity for both independent work and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, promoting coordinated care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in virtual counseling settings and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

• Training in specialized therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or dialectical behavior therapy, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
