divh2Remote Customer Service Representative/h2pThe Remote Customer Service Representative is responsible for phone contact with patients to collect payment for medical bills on behalf of our clients. This involves working in a fast-paced call center environment to establish contact with customers to negotiate payment and/or set up payment arrangements to collect account receivables./ppTo perform successfully in a virtual environment, the remote Customer Service Representative must be comfortable with technology and can easily understand and learn the technical requirements of the position./ph3Duties/Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide exceptional patient service in the name of the client/liliContact patients via telephone to collect payment on medical bills/liliCommunicates accurate information to patients in a clear, concise and professional manner/liliReview patient accounts and documents patients interaction and feedback/liliNegotiates appropriate and reasonable payments with customers/liliSets up patient payments via check, electronic transfer or credit card/liliResponsible for understanding and complying with all policies and procedures/liliMeets or exceeds established goals/liliWorks closely with team leads, management and client to resolve disputes and ensure patient satisfaction/liliAll other duties as assigned by management/li/ulh3Required Skills/Knowledge/h3ulliCustomer/Client Focus/liliCommunication Proficiency/liliConfidentiality/Integrity/liliTeamwork Orientation/liliBasic computer skills necessary/li/ulh3Education/Experience/h3ulliCustomer service experience preferred/liliPrior medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle experience strongly preferred/liliHigh school diploma or General Education Development (GED) Certificate required/liliOne to two years of college preferred/li/ulh3Benefits/h3pAnnuity Health offers its employees excellent benefits including: Health, Dental, Vision, HSA and FSA Accounts, Voluntary Insurance, Paid Holidays, PTO, and 401(k)./p/div
