We’re hiring English and Bilingual Human Resources Customer Service Representatives to assist current and former employees with questions about HR, benefits, and company policies.

If you have call center or employee benefits experience and enjoy solving problems, providing exceptional customer service, and helping people find answers, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and online inquiries
  • Assist with HR and benefits questions
  • Research and resolve customer issues
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Explain policies and benefits clearly
  • Navigate multiple computer systems
  • Protect confidential employee information

What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years old
  • 6+ months of recent call center and/or employee benefits experience within the last year
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

The Remote Details

  • Location: Must live within 25 miles or approximately 45 minutes of Nashville, Tennessee
  • Paid training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST
  • Regular schedule: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
  • Weekends off
  • Company-provided laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and cables
  • Paid training and onboarding support

Work-From-Home Requirements

You’ll need a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable wired high-speed internet. Wi-Fi and 5G internet are not permitted.

Minimum internet requirements:

25 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload | 175 ms ping or less
