  • Memory: 16 GB RAM minimum (Desktop or Laptop). No Chromebooks or Macs.
  • Network: Dedicated hardwired internet connection.
  • Gear: Dual monitors and a noise-canceling USB headset.

Your Role:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on accuracy and quality.
