Arthrex is actively searching for a Global Product Marketing Manager of AI Technologies. Main Objective: 
The Global Product Marketing Manager - AI Technologies (GPMMAI) is responsible for supporting the global downstream execution, adoption, performance monitoring, and lifecycle of ARTI (Arthrex's proprietary AI assistant) and other related AI-driven products. This role includes expert product knowledge, marketing execution, global training coordination, regional partnership, onsite support in Naples (Florida), and key performance indicator tracking. The GPMM-AI serves as a proactive information, enablement, and insights hub between the Germany-based AI Technologies team, Naples headquarters, global subsidiaries, Sales, MedEd, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional stakeholders. The role ensures consistent global messaging, structured training, regional alignment, and high-quality execution of ARTI deployments across markets and educational environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the onsite representative of the AI Technologies team at Arthrex global headquarters, supporting leadership meetings, surgeon engagements, and strategic interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver executive level presentations and support live demonstrations for high visibility and high stakes engagements, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely readiness while maintaining close alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Lead global downstream marketing strategy development and execution for the AI Technologies team's product portfolio, including launch planning and commercialization activities.
  • Own global messaging, positioning, and collateral development in partnership with Marketing Communications, ensuring consistent execution across regions while supporting localization where required.
  • Act as the primary liaison between AI Technologies and global subsidiaries, establishing structured and recurring communication with regional product managers and sales leadership.
  • Synthesize and communicate market feedback, product insights, and updates (e.g., features, timelines, training opportunities) to ensure alignment between global teams and Product Management.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver global training programs for ARTI and future AIdriven solutions, including curriculum development, materials, and support for sales trainings, meetings, and congress engagements.
  • Facilitate virtual and inperson sessions, providing expertise while capturing adoption signals and feedback to inform enablement effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and support the deployment of ARTI and related AIdriven solutions in Medical Education environments, including labs, acting as the interface between AI Technologies, MedEd, and supporting functions.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics for ARTI and future AIenabled products (e.g., adoption, utilization, engagement), developing dashboards and reporting structures.
  • Analyze usage data and field feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Deliver competitive analysis, market intelligence, and opportunity assessments to support commercial strategy.
  • Participate in overall product strategy by contributing downstream insights, adoption data, market feedback, and commercial considerations.
  • May travel up to 30%, including global travel, to support regional activities, trainings, meetings, and events.
  • In-office, Naples FL-based position; remote work is not supported. 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Advanced education (e.g., MBA) preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • Global medical device product marketing management knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Understanding of clinical workflows and medical education environments is preferred.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

  • High comfort operating in ambiguity and fastevolving product environments, typical of AIdriven development cycles.

 

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Word, Outlook, and analytics or reporting tools. Comfortable working with dashboards, usage analytics, and AIenabled product monitoring interfaces to interpret adoption patterns and system behavior. Databricks knowledge a plus.
