The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will:

• Provide culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling to diverse individuals and groups, adapting methodologies to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Consult with clients, case managers, and both internal and external providers to develop a comprehensive care plan tailored to each client's circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to inspire and guide clients towards achieving their personal therapy goals, while regularly monitoring their progression.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including psychiatrists, nurses, coaches, and behavioral case managers, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Pilot new therapeutic protocols, contributing to the innovation of treatment methods that can yield superior client outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and adherence to our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model, enhancing your professional skill set.
• Complete comprehensive psychological assessment reports and vocational recommendations, ensuring clarity and relevance according to each client’s comprehension level.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to determine clients' suitability for various therapeutic modalities and work assignments.

This role primarily serves children and teens in need of mental health support, alongside their families. As a mental health counselor, you will play a crucial role in addressing emotional and psychological challenges that affect daily functioning and overall wellness. Our focus is on whole-person care, integrating various aspects of clients’ lives, and ensuring that treatment is reflective of their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure in the State of as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) per state regulations.
• A clean history of no medical malpractice claims, as validated by a third-party organization.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is preferred, demonstrating a capacity to engage clients effectively online.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and a commitment to ongoing education in mental health advancements.
• Prior experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in community health or educational settings.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 52,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
