Marketing Manager (National)

Description
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and mission-driven Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns that build awareness, engagement, and demand across states that administer ELD assessments. This role is ideal for a marketer with strong storytelling, campaign development, and project management skills or a former educator ready to bring their knowledge of multilingual learners into a dynamic marketing role. You'll own regional campaigns, support key conferences, and help bring the voices of educators and students to life through compelling content and outreach.
Territory: USA. The candidate must reside in the USA and be willing to travel nationally as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and manage marketing campaigns targeting decision-makers in select districts (e.g., superintendents, EL directors, curriculum specialists).
  2. Segment campaigns by region to reflect local priorities and demographics.
  3. Write and launch email, ad, and social media content to attract and nurture leads through the funnel.
  4. Identify high-potential districts and execute targeted outreach using digital ads, webinars, geotargeting, and personalized communications.
  5. Collaborate closely with Sales to align on messaging, timing, and follow-up for top-tier accounts.
  6. Track and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and internal dashboards.
  7. Report on KPIs and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
  8. Travel to attend and support key conferences and events.
  9. Help coordinate booth logistics, lead capture, and on-site engagement strategies.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the EdTech industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing initiatives.
  2. Familiarity with the needs of multilingual learners is strongly preferred
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Strong organizational and project management abilities
  5. Willingness and ability to travel

ADVANCED QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms (a plus)
  2. Knowledge of K-12 education, whether through professional experience or direct work with educators and school districts
  3. Background in EL/ML education or bilingual program leadership
  4. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency
