• Provide culturally sensitive counseling to individuals and groups dealing with mental health and substance abuse issues, ensuring that each session is tailored to the specific needs of the client.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to motivate and guide clients through their treatment plans, equipping them with the tools necessary to achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Conduct thorough psychological and biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client suitability for various counseling pathways or work assignments.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, behavioral coaches, and case managers, to coordinate and enhance client care.
• Engage in the piloting of innovative therapy protocols, keeping abreast of ongoing training in our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
• Prepare psychological assessment reports, including vocational recommendations communicated in an understandable manner to clients and their families.
• Ensure effective case management, consulting with clients and external providers to optimize treatment outcomes and client success.

Your primary focus will be on children and teens who are navigating various mental health challenges. This demographic often requires tailored interventions that consider their unique developmental needs and circumstances. You’ll be instrumental in crafting personalized strategies that address both immediate therapeutic goals and long-term wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in the state governs counseling practice.
• A clean history of Medical Malpractice Claims must be verified by a third-party entity.
• Eligible and authorized to work in the United States.

While we prioritize licensed candidates, previous experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in a remote capacity, is highly desirable.
