• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions remotely with clients using our secure telehealth platform.
• Assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support to clients when necessary, ensuring safety and prompt response to urgent situations.
• Engage in regular supervision and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive client care.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and practices in marriage and family therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness and client outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively while prioritizing client needs and treatment timelines.

• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Emotionally Focused Therapy.
• Familiarity with managing a diverse client population and addressing a variety of mental health concerns.
• Previous work in a remote therapy setting is highly desirable.
