We are seeking a Training Specialist to support our Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane customer through a remote position based in the San Diego, California area. The Training Specialist will develop and deliver technical training for defense systems and emerging technologies, translating complex technical information into clear, effective instruction for military, Government, and contractor personnel. The role supports classroom, virtual, laboratory, and field training and may require up to 50% travel for training events, fielding activities, and customer support.

 

This position may allow for remote work; however, employees must be able and willing to travel and provide in-office or on-site support as required by customer requirements, project demands, or business needs.

 

Duties:

Desired Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Systems Design, Psychology, Training Systems, Engineering Technology, or a related field; equivalent military instructor or directly relevant training experience may be considered.

Desired Experience:

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $74,985.65-$90,000.00 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems’ total compensation package.
