This position is remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your chosen space while engaging with clients through scheduled virtual appointments. • Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, promoting resilience and healthier coping mechanisms.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting approaches to best serve each client's situation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate holistic care for clients and ensure integrated support across specialties.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to meet ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and conferences to remain informed about advancements in therapeutic practices and mental health research.

Our outpatient services cater to a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. As a licensed counselor, your expertise will be crucial in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.
• At least two years of experience providing counseling services, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and adaptability in applying them to diverse client situations.
• Experience working in a remote capacity, demonstrating proficiency in virtual counseling platforms and maintaining engagement with clients through digital communication.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, enhancing care quality for clients.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 300,000 to 400,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
