We are actively hiring multiple Regional Recruitment Leads to join our Patient Engagement and Marketing division.
The Regional Recruitment Lead is responsible for driving patient recruitment and engagement strategies across multiple clinical research sites within a defined region. This role leads site-level teams to achieve enrollment goals, optimize funnel performance, and deliver an excellent patient experience. The Regional Recruitment Lead designs and executes regional enrollment strategies, ensures timely follow-up of all patient leads, and partners closely with corporate and site teams using a data-driven, hands-on leadership approach to consistently meet performance and revenue targets.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Normal Business Hours
Location: Remote with occassional travel to sites, regional offices, and community events.
Compensation: Competitive base compensation + bonus
Classification: Salary, Exempt

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with the corporate patient recruitment team for all assigned studies and locations
  • Achieve study enrollment goals and assigned revenue targets
  • Guide teams in implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies, including community partnerships, physician referrals, and patient databases
  • Ensure an exceptional patient experience from initial contact through screening and enrollment
  • Develop relationships with community organizations, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare providers to build sustainable referral networks
  • Oversee diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure representative patient populations in clinical trials
  • Monitor leading and lagging performance indicators at the individual and team level and take targeted action to address or prevent underperformance
  • Build and maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results
  • Prioritize studies and execute patient routing to optimize revenue while meeting enrollment commitments across all studies
  • Lead and manage (direct or dotted-line) patient recruiting call center managers, quality and training managers, strategists, and remarketers to achieve key performance indicators
  • Manage prescreen programs, ensuring appropriate prioritization, routing, and strategy to support revenue goals, enrollment timelines, and database growth
  • Identify and implement coaching, training, and development initiatives for managers and individual contributors
  • Identify process and system improvement opportunities and partner with corporate and site support teams to drive enhancements
  • Participate in sponsor relations and communications as needed
  • Manage and maintain site-level vendor relationships, including sponsor-funded central recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation within CRM and CTMS systems
  • Ensure patient enrollment teams adhere to all legal, ethical, and professional conduct standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Professional Experience
    • Proven success leading high-performing teams that meet or exceed enrollment and revenue goals
    • 3+ years managing a patient enrollment team of 5+ representatives
    • Call center leadership supporting multi-therapeutic studies preferred
    • 2-3 additional years as a patient enrollment representative preferred
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree required; business degree preferred
  • Training
    • Healthcare sales and call center management training preferred
  • Required Capabilities
    • Strong knowledge of clinical trial enrollment processes, protocols, and regulations
    • Proven leadership of geographically dispersed teams
    • Highly data-driven, with the ability to identify trends and take fast, measurable action
    • Ability to build a culture of accountability, performance, and results
    • Advanced coaching skills, including emotional intelligence and persona-based messaging to improve conversion
    • Experience managing and improving KPIs at both individual and team levels
    • Ability to create and execute study-specific recruiting strategies
    • Expertise in delivering an exceptional, inclusive patient experience
    • Proficiency with call center systems, phone platforms, and CRMs
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
    • Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and effective in dynamic environments
    • Relevant therapeutic area experience is a plus
