Global Gaming Guest Services Agent
Job Description:

The Agent, Global Gaming Guest Services, serves as a shore-side casino agent, ensuring guest requests, questions, and issues are addressed pre-and-post voyage. The Agent, Global Gaming Guest Services, is responsible for making sound comping decisions according to company comping guidelines based on guest onboard casino play and other factors. S/he is also responsible for providing information on guests to relevant teams, including reservations and shipboard casino personnel. The Agent, Global Gaming Guest Services also serves as a key contact in the administration of casino events, including tactical support of the relevant stakeholders in ensuring that key elements of the group experience is delivered.
Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the shore-side equivalent to the shipboard Casino Host.
  • Comfortable in developing new guest relationships through both verbal and written outbound and inbound communication
  • Coordinate all casino credit requests, applications, procedures and approvals.
  • Deals with escalated issues from reservations and shipboard teams releated to guest casino offers and comps.
  • Process amenity, "FunShops,” and other complementary services for qualified casino guests, including for groups and events.
  • Provide miscellaneous support for shore-side and shipboard casino marketing /management teams
  • Process and distribute onboard casino tax-related queries upon request.
  • Update and manage weekly reports, guest and credit lists; distribute throughout appropriate fleets

Qualifications:

  • 2 years relevant experience in cruise / Customer service
  • Computer skills, including email & office tools
  • Previous cruise, casino, hospitality or guest service industry experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; some college or post-secondary education preferred
  • Casino Experience preferred
  • Must demonstrate excellent phone and email etiquette, communication and guest service skills
