Inventory Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst in the field of data center inventory management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business process owners from Inventory Management, Product Management, Data Center Operations, Engineering, Sales, and other domains to document business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Document Inventory Management user stories, including business problem statement, acceptance criteria, and testing procedure.
  • Lead cross-functional discovery for end-to-end system impacts and dependencies across applications, including CRM, CPQ/Quoting, Order Management, Subscription Management, Service Delivery, and Finance.
  • Develop system architecture, user interface design, and data flow diagrams to illustrate business requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on business requirements and solution approach.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related roles.
  • Someone who has at least 7 years of business systems analyst experience and end-to-end implementations with integration of Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Oracle CPQ and ERP
  • Knowledge and experience in the domain of data center inventory management and operations.
  • Proven track record of successful enterprise software system implementations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex subject matter to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience using Atlassian Jira or similar software development life cycle/project management applications.
  • Experience using MS Visio or similar process/systems mapping applications.
