CRM Counseling Mental and Wellness Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our expanding team. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based individual counseling through video sessions.
• Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Developing and maintaining personalized treatment plans to address the psychological and emotional needs of your clients.
• Facilitating insightful conversations that help clients understand their emotions, experiences, and relational challenges.
• Regularly monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to promote effective coping mechanisms and improved mental health outcomes.

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present a variety of mental health concerns. You will be instrumental in identifying issues and developing constructive strategies that encourage personal growth and resilience.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counselor license allowing independent practice. Relevant licenses include but are not limited to:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Psychologist
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must not have any disciplinary actions on their record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a genuine empathetic approach towards clients.
• Proficient computer literacy with a strong understanding of telehealth applications.
• A reliable computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities to facilitate seamless video counseling sessions.
• A dependable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted client support.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in diverse therapeutic modalities, a background working with varying populations, or a specialization in specific mental health areas are highly valued. Previous work in telehealth counseling is especially beneficial and will enhance your adaptability in a virtual environment.
