• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to understand their mental health needs and establish comprehensive treatment plans.
• Engage clients in evidence-based therapy practices, utilizing modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to individual client needs.
• Foster a strong therapeutic alliance with clients by actively collaborating on treatment goals, offering encouragement, and providing continuous support throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation, tracking client progress and therapy sessions using HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, employing risk assessment techniques to ensure client safety during emergency situations.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultation meetings to enhance clinical practice and share insights with colleagues.

Our therapists work with a diverse client base, ranging from children to adults, facing an array of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and more. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or a doctoral degree in relevant fields, including Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and facilitating effective remote therapy sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy, compassion, and cultural competence with diverse client backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a virtual environment.

• Experience providing remote therapy services or familiarity with telehealth practices is highly desirable.
• Previous work in crisis intervention and experience with specific client populations (e.g., children, LGBTQ+ community, geriatric clients).
• Continued education and professional development in therapeutic methodologies and techniques.

• Attractive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, based on caseload and client engagement.
