• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Perform detailed virtual psychosocial assessments to gather comprehensive backgrounds and establish clients' needs, formulating customized treatment plans based on these assessments.
• Provide remote crisis intervention and stabilization support, utilizing techniques such as de-escalation and trauma-informed care during emergencies.
• Guide clients in navigating online mental health resources and assistance in connecting with local services, ensuring comprehensive support beyond virtual sessions.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, counselors, and other healthcare providers, emphasizing coordinated care to enhance therapeutic effectiveness for clients.
• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans accurately and efficiently in electronic health records (EHR), maintaining up-to-date client information for effective care management.
• Adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards to protect client privacy and integrity in all telehealth interactions.

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and families encountering a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges. Our clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and other mental health disorders. Your role is pivotal in offering culturally competent support and fostering resilience within individuals and families as they navigate their mental health journeys.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Georgia, with a strong understanding of state regulations and ethical standards in practice.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or social services, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and clinical interventions.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, essential for engaging effectively with clients and collaborating with professional peers.
• A technology-savvy approach, possessing proficiency in using telehealth platforms and managing electronic health records efficiently.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of care, demonstrating a strong ethical framework in all interactions and decision-making processes.

• Experience in providing telehealth counseling services is highly preferred, as familiarity with virtual platforms can enhance the efficiency and comfort of service delivery.
• A solid background in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and crisis intervention techniques will be beneficial in supporting clients effectively.
