The ideal candidate will undertake a variety of responsibilities that directly impact client outcomes, including:

• Managing a personal caseload of clients, building trust, rapport, and effective therapeutic relationships while maintaining professionalism and ethical boundaries.
• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.
• Designing, implementing, and regularly reviewing person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Executing intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate treatment pathways.
• Documenting all client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participating actively in individual supervision sessions for professional growth and skill enhancement.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to address holistic needs and coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Engaging in continued learning and maintaining an adaptive growth mindset to enhance professional competencies.

Our services primarily target youth experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, as well as supporting families in crisis. • A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Ability to meet and comply with internal credentialing standards as well as relevant clinical guidelines.
• Experience working with psychiatric patients and/or populations with substance abuse issues is essential.
• Demonstrated competence in assessment, diagnosis, and delivering individual and group therapy.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for documentation and communication, including electronic health records.

While the minimum requirement is one year of experience in the field, those with a background in working with youth populations or additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities will be given special consideration. Previous engagements involving team collaboration and complex case management successfully will enhance your fit for this position.
