 We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based, client-centered therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to support clients’ mental and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers
  • Participate in case reviews, clinical supervision, and staff meetings
  • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
  • Support clients in accessing community resources and services
  • Stay current on best practices, licensure requirements, and continuing education
Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
