• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses. Develop individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.
• Offer crisis intervention to clients encountering acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate support to de-escalate situations.
• Maintain meticulous and secure client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and assessment documentation, while strictly adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, consisting of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic and coordinated care to clients.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health concerns, treatment options, and accessible community resources while advocating for their rights and ongoing needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy through training, courses, and participation in workshops.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client population, including adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various mental health disorders. You will implement personalized therapeutic strategies to address each client's unique situation, helping them navigate their challenges with empathy and expertise.

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic skills are essential for effectively identifying client needs.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of therapeutic practice.

• Previous experience in telehealth counseling is preferred, though not required. Familiarity with digital platforms can be advantageous.
• Experience working within diverse populations and an understanding of cultural sensitivity in therapeutic settings.
