Job description

Your support will take the complexity off their plate and instill trust as they navigate their investing journey.

Base salary range for this role is $64,000 - $70,000 based on relevant experience (plus opportunities for annual partnership bonus after your first year and merit increases). You may be eligible for overtime and a shift differential depending on shift schedule. As a fully licensed candidate, you will receive a one-time $20,000 licensing bonus for bringing your active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses into the role.

Training hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm ET. After training, you must be able to work at least 37.5 hours per week within shifts that primarily cover overnight and/or weekend hours. Some holiday coverage will also be required.

This role will be fully remote.Although this position is designated as fully remote, it is a condition of the role that you perform all your work duties from your approved home address/state.

  • Answer inbound calls and chats to meet the service and trading needs of Vanguard Advice & Wealth Management clients during non-traditional business hours, which may require research, analysis, and collaboration to resolve complex client situations and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Foster trust and reliability through consistent, high-quality service. Educate clients on Vanguard's product and service offerings to enhance the client experience and fulfill investment needs.
  • Develop andmaintaincurrent knowledge of Vanguard's funds,services,and technology,as well as an understanding of current market factors and how they affect Vanguard's funds and products.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What it takes:

  • This job requires the SIE, Series 7 & 63 regulatory license and/or registration (e.g., FINRA, state, SFC). These will be determined by Compliance based on role specific requirements and responsibilities.
  • Undergraduatedegree or equivalent experience required.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and excellent communications skills (both written and verbal).
  • Interest in financial planning, investment advice, and wealth management (preferred but notrequired).
  • Learning agility to navigate continuously evolving desktop applications and technology-based advice offers.

To support our clients outside of traditional business hours, crew in this role may be assigned to one of the following schedules. All shifts are listed in Eastern Time (ET). Crew working in other time zones will adjust based on local time differences.

Weekday Shifts (5 days/week)

  • Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM ET (2nd Shift)
  • Monday - Friday, 1:30 AM - 10:00 AM ET (3rd Shift)

Weekend Compressed Shifts (4 days/week)

  • Friday - Monday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET (Weekend Day Shift)
  • Friday - Monday, 1:00 AM - 11:30 AM ET (Weekend 3rd Shift)
*Shift assignments are determined based on business needs and will be discussed during the interview process.
