iCOUNTER is building the future of cybersecurity. Modern enterprises depend on thousands of third parties-yet nearly half of breaches involve them, making the extended enterprise a critical attack surface.
iCOUNTER is the first Risk Intelligence company built to counter threats across your entire ecosystem. Our AI-native platform makes Risk Determinations at the point of intelligence collection, helping organizations understand what's real, relevant, and actionable.
Founded by cybersecurity pioneers and backed by leading investors, iCOUNTER created a new category: Counter Threat Operations.
The first wave focused on prevention. The second on detection and response. The third wave is Counter Threat Operations-and we're defining it.
Position Overview
iCOUNTER is seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-native threat intelligence platform. As CPO, you'll drive the product roadmap that helps organizations detect, prevent, and respond to advanced threats in real time. This is a critical leadership role that shapes how our customers - Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, and government agencies - understand and defend against evolving cyber threats.
You'll work alongside our CEO and executive team to translate market needs and technical capabilities into a best-in-class product that leverages machine learning and AI to stay ahead of adversaries. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on product leadership, with accountability for product-market fit, revenue influence, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define product vision and roadmap that leverages AI/ML to advance threat intelligence capabilities and drive market differentiation
  • Lead AI/ML productization: translate research and engineering breakthroughs into customer-facing features with rigorous metrics-driven validation
  • Own customer discovery and win/loss analysis to inform product strategy, positioning, and competitive positioning
  • Drive revenue impact through pricing, packaging, feature prioritization, and product-led growth initiatives
  • Build and scale the product organization (PMs, designers, researchers) with a culture rooted in customer empathy and execution excellence
  • Partner cross-functionally with CEO, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing on strategy, go-to-market, and long-term roadmap alignment
  • Manage product P&L and forecast revenue impact of key initiatives in partnership with Finance
  • Engage the security research community to stay ahead of threat landscape evolution and inform product direction

Required Skills
  • 10+ years of product management and product leadership experience, with 5+ years in a head of product or CPO role
  • Proven track record building and scaling product organizations from scratch or hypergrowth phases
  • Direct experience shipping AI/ML-powered products or features; comfort translating technical capability into customer value
  • Background in enterprise B2B SaaS, particularly in security, infrastructure, or compliance domains
  • Demonstrated success influencing revenue (through pricing, packaging, new product lines, or market expansion)
  • Experience with data-driven product development and defining/tracking meaningful metrics
  • Knowledge of threat intelligence, cybersecurity, or related security domains
  • Expertise in leveraging machine learning and AI: understand model architecture, training data, inference pipelines, and limitations
  • Familiarity with enterprise security buying cycles, compliance requirements, and regulatory constraints
  • Understanding of API-driven integration and security tool ecosystems

Preferred Skills
  • Background in a security, threat intelligence, or SOC-adjacent role prior to product management
  • Startup experience, particularly in scaling from Series A/B to Series D+ (or earlier-stage)
  • Prior experience building threat intelligence, TPRM or SIEM products
  • Demonstrable expertise in pricing strategy and packaging design for enterprise security software
  • Experience leading through significant pivots or redefines of product strategy
  • Board-level exposure or involvement with company governance
  • Customer advisory board or external evangelist experience within the threat intelligence or security community
  • MBA or advanced degree in a technical field

Why Join iCOUNTER
