Position Summary

Archetype Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to serve as the company's primary legal advisor supporting its Division 26 (Electrical), Division 27 (Communications), and Division 28 (Electronic Safety & Security) operations nationwide.

This role will partner closely with executive leadership to review and negotiate commercial contracts, advise on employment law, support construction and subcontracting operations, manage legal risk, oversee compliance, and help scale the organization as it expands across the United States.

The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for protecting the company while enabling efficient business operations and strategic growth.

Qualifications

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Ability to obtain or maintain Texas licensure if required

Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant legal experience

Extensive commercial contract negotiation experience

Strong knowledge of employment law

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
